Stand-Up Cutter

For rough cutting new carpet and resilient flooring, this cutter is a very simple tool to use and eliminates crawling. Easy to follow chalk line and make 90° turns. Cutter glides along on a rear mounted ball bearing. Accepts the deepest pile carpet. Handle bar is 17" wide for easy steering. Tool is 35" high and nickel plated. Supplied with one blade installed, a package of No. 953-5 Blades and instructions and parts list.
